General Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Charges. Cancellation charges will vary depending on the specific tour package, booking date, and cancellation date. These charges will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking. The travel consultation service request is non-cancellable.

Refund Processing Time. Once the cancellation request is approved, refunds will typically be processed within the period communicated at the time of booking the package, or within 10 days from the request of cancellation. The service fee charged is non-refundable.

Refund Process. Once the refund is confirmed, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
