About this experience
In Los Glaciares National Park, the Perito Moreno glacier presents a five-kilometre wall of ice that thunders and calves into Lago Argentino.
Walk the tiered balconies for the front-row spectacle, then take a boat across the channel and strap on crampons for a mini-trek over the glacier itself, weaving between blue crevasses and meltwater pools. The day ends, by tradition, with a whisky over glacier ice.
