About this experience
Cappadocia’s volcanic soils have made wine since Hittite times, and a boutique family winery opens its cellars to you alone.
The winemaker walks you through the vineyards and the carved-tufa cellar, then sits at the table as a chef serves a long lunch of slow-cooked testi kebab and regional mezes, each course matched to indigenous Emir and Kalecik Karası wines. Conversation, vines and the wide Anatolian sky fill the afternoon.
