About this experience
You sit with a practising miniature artist in a quiet old-city studio where the Mewar school of painting has been handed down for generations.
You learn to hold the fine squirrel-hair brush, grind and apply mineral pigments, and build a small composition stroke by patient stroke — leaving with your own painting and a new respect for the detail in Rajasthani art.
