About this experience
As the heat eases, you mount your camel and set out across the open sands with a private string of camels and a curator who reads the desert like a book.
The caravan sways between vast rock walls turning from ochre to crimson, your guide unfolding the stories of the Nabataean traders, the Bedouin tribes and Lawrence’s revolt. You dismount on a quiet dune to watch the sun sink, mint tea in hand.
