About this experience
With a Bedouin climbing guide who knows every hold, you scramble up the sandstone flanks toward Jebel Burdah, where a slender natural arch spans the void some 80 metres above the valley floor.
The route involves exposed but unroped scrambling on grippy rock, and the reward at the top is a heart-in-mouth perch on the bridge itself, with the whole rust-and-amber expanse of Wadi Rum rolling out below.
